   Tai Chi chuan is an internal martial art.  


    Man is on a crossroad between the Big and the Small. He constructs at his maneer the world, following his scale.


Tai Chi Chuan is a movment art.Practizing tai chi chuan is simple. it is a suite of movments.Like a meditation how unifies the mind.The rythm is slow, and seems to be calm.


Learning the form enlights our internal balances or unbalances. it’s an estonishing way to each one’s intimacy.it’s throught the movements learned during the lessons that the practicant can exercise himself.

It is by practising the movment that we do the Tai chi chuan.Two same movments might be similar, but they never are.
